Stay in charge of your Proximus account, anytime and anywhere!
With the MyProximus app, you have an overview of your subscriptions at all times.
For example, you can:
• check the status of your monthly mobile data usage, calling minutes and text messages, or how much credit you have left
• consult your bills and expenses and, if you want, you can also pay your bill via the app
• check the points balance of your loyalty program and immediately redeem your points for gifts
• check which rate plan you have and which options you have activated or can still activate
• top up your Pay&Go card or that of a family member
• choose your favorite app with which you don't use any data
Did you know that ...
• you must be a Proximus customer to use the app
• you can only consult information about your “mobile” products
• you must connect to a mobile network at least once a month, either in Belgium or abroad, so the app can identify you and send you information
